My mission is to offer yoga for free, period. For me, yoga doesn’t mesh well with capitalism. Yoga is life and breath and lovingkindness, and I believe yoga can help us when modern medicine, therapy, and religion fall short. It’s important to me not to base access to yoga on disposable income.

All that being said, we live in a capitalist world, and it costs money to produce this content. Everything costs money: website, insurance, equipment, continuing education, and certification. It also takes a great deal of time to create and publish this content.

I humbly ask you to consider using my affiliate link (Wholesome Human Yoga Amazon Link) next time you want to buy something on Amazon. This won’t cost you a thing, and it helps me to keep creating great content.

I will also share some of my favorite yoga-related stuff.

Happy shopping. Happy yoga-ing. Namaste.
