I think about meditating almost every day. But let’s be real – I don’t actually meditate every day. It feels like too much of a time commitment, or I think I’ll do it later, or I think I’m in the wrong mindset, or there are dishes and laundry to do, pets and kids to feed, family and friends to catch up with, and (oh yeah!) that little 40-hour-a-week work commitment!

Meditation tends to take a back seat, but it really shouldn’t. Meditation helps us manage stress, increase happiness and patience, lower blood pressure, and improve sleep.

I have created this very short meditation for everyone who, like me, needs a little mental break from their busy schedule. Take a deep breath and enjoy!
