On this darkest day of the year, we create a sense of warmth and light with this active practice.
I want to acknowledge some snafus in this video. I’m testing out an older mic, and there is a fair amount of background noise (mostly from the dogs). Also, I had some technical difficulties and had to re-record a chunk in the middle of the class the next day, so the lighting changes a few times. Despite these goofs, I humbly offer you this wintertime practice!
